ENERGY STAR QUALIFIED WINDOWS

We use ENERGY STAR qualified windows that employ advanced technologies, such as protective
coatings and improved frame assemblies, to help keep heat in during winter and out during summer.
These windows also block damaging ultraviolet sunlight that can discolor carpets and furnishings.

TIGHT CONSTRUCTION

Our homes are sealed with caulks, foams, weather stripping, gaskets, and door sweeps to reduce
holes and cracks in the home’s "envelope." This reduces your utility bills and improves the comfort and
indoor air quality of your home by minimizing drafts, moisture, dust, pollen, and noise.

SIZED, SEALED, AND INSULATED DUCTS

Our homes’ duct systems are independently tested to ensure peak efficiency. Properly sized, sealed,
and insulted ducts can increase heating and cooling efficiency by as much as 20%, providing a quieter
